Do you see my files if I pay?

No. Payment changes nothing about how conversion works: reading, reprojecting and writing all happen in a Web Worker on your machine. Stripe sees your payment, we see your plan, neither sees your data.

What is the difference between the pass and a subscription?

The pass is a single charge that unlocks everything for 24 hours and then expires on its own — there is nothing to cancel. A subscription renews until you cancel it.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, from your account page. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.

Do you offer refunds?

If a conversion failed on you, email us and we will refund it. The free tier exists so you can check the tool handles your data before paying.
